BirthWise is a grassroots movement of expectant and new parents, and those who support them.

Birthwise supports parents in many ways and is run entirely by our network of volunteers.
Collectively we have built up an impressive wealth of knowledge and evidence based information that parents and families find invaluable. We share this information via our support groups, events, volunteer word of mouth and our digital platforms.

We do this for the parents and families of the North and South of Ireland.
